Exactly what the other person said. I bought a candle through them and it came from some other boutique. Check the specific product page, it usually tells you who the actual seller is for shipping info. My candle took about a week.

I used their digital mood board service and was pretty happy with it. Their aesthetic is definitely similar to Emily Henderson's vibe, but maybe a bit more accessible pricing-wise for certain services. Worth a look if you like that bright, curated style.

If you're buying physical products, returns are almost always through the actual merchant they linked you to. Bright Bold and Beautiful itself doesn't handle product returns, afaik.

It's definitely dependent on the merchant. So if you buy a vase they recommended from a different shop, that shop's return policy applies. Always double-check before you buy, it's not a unified return process.

Mostly the partner sites, from what I've seen. Like, they'll post about a sale happening on, say, Wayfair, and link to it. Sometimes they have exclusive codes for those partner stores though.

It's a mix! They do have their own design services and curated decor ideas. But the products, like art prints or throw blankets, are often from other brands they partner with and link to. Some might be their own designs, but many are not.
